Croydon Folk Club will be presenting a Shakespeare's Night Supper on Monday 23rd April to commemorate and celebrate Shakespeare's Birthday.
Feast on ye Roast Beef of Olde England with Dripping Pudding (renamed 'Yorkshire Pudding' in the 1700s.)
There is a Vegetarian Option available.
For afters , there will be a Pudding from the Tudor Period, especially researched and created by our excellent cook, Margaret Price.
Dance to period music and hear readings of the Bard's Sonnets and speeches from his plays.
